Simon Delf established Leading to Change to be more than just a leadership development business (although it takes leadership development very seriously and is pretty good at it).
He intended it to be a place in which individuals and groups can gain valuable insights and experience that will provide them with enhanced self-understanding, the confidence to put ideas into action, and the capacity to bring about positive change more successfully.
He created an approach that nurtures curiosity, collaboration and reflective exploration. An approach that rewards those willing to make themselves part of the learning as well as being an active inquirer into a variety of compelling subjects.
